"Saved Me a Seat"

CONCEPT
The Empty Chair
An invitation, not a defense

An empty chair appears across AUK — lecture hall, lab, courtyard, graduation stage. Each one gets filled by a different student. Your place already exists. You just haven't arrived yet.

Mechanism

Invitation — not defense, not rebuttal. A warm, confident hand extended.

Voiceover Script — English

Before you got here...

there was already a place for you.

A seat at the table where ideas happen.

A spot where your people already knew you were coming.

A chair with your name on it.

AUK. We saved you a seat.

"Same Sky"

CONCEPT
Parallel Lives
The parent-child bond, told in split screen

Split screen: a student's day at AUK runs parallel with their parent's day. Both lives rhyme visually — same rhythms, same emotions, different worlds. They merge at graduation. One nod across the crowd. No words needed.

Mechanism

Parallel lives — the only idea that serves BOTH audiences equally in the same frame.

Split Screen Dual Audience Cultural Depth Bilingual Structure
Voiceover Script — English

The day I started, we both started something.

They let me go. And I didn't know how hard that was.

I was learning how to begin. They were learning how to let me.

Every time I found my people, they found a little peace.

I was becoming who I came here to be.

And they could see it — even from far away.

We started this together.

And today — we finished it together.

AUK. Where you belong.
